With the pkr92 Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pkr92," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our" refers to the online gaming platform operated at pkr92.bio and all associated services, features, games, and functionalities made available through that domain.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pkr92 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personalised account created by a Player upon registration with pkr92, through which all gaming activity, deposits, withdrawals, and account management functions are accessed.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a Player on any game, event, or outcome available through the pkr92 platform, including but not limited to live casino games, slot games, sports betting markets, Monster Dice, and Jackpot Fishing.
• "Balance" means the total value of funds held in a Player's pkr92 account, expressed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), comprising real-money deposits and any bonus credits where applicable.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, rebate, cashback, or reward made available to a Player by pkr92 subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of player-controlled features available within every pkr92 account, including deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, cool-down periods, and self-exclusion.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process conducted by pkr92 to confirm a Player's identity, age, and the source of funds used for deposits and wagers.

By accessing pkr92.bio, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a Wager, or using any feature or service offered by pkr92, you irrevocably confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pkr92 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede any prior representations, warranties, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to your use of pkr92.

These Terms should be read alongside the pkr92 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms that may apply to particular offers. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence with respect to that promotion.

Access to and use of pkr92 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is strictly enforced. pkr92 will conduct age verification at the time of registration and may request documentary proof of age at any subsequent point. Any Account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be closed without notice and any balance, whether from deposits or winnings, shall be forfeited.
• You must be a natural person accessing the platform for your own personal entertainment, and not on behalf of any third party, corporate entity, or syndicate.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or agent of pkr92, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. If you are unsure whether online gaming is legally permissible in your specific location, you bear sole responsibility for independently verifying your legal position before registering or playing.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, account closure notice, or voluntary exclusion agreement with pkr92 or any gaming platform that would preclude your participation.

To access all features of pkr92, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and such other information as pkr92 may request. You represent and warrant that all information provided at registration — and at any subsequent point — is truthful, accurate, and not misleading.

Each individual may hold only one active Account with pkr92 at any given time. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different mobile numbers, identity details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pkr92 reserves the right to close all Accounts associated with a single individual where multiple accounts are detected, and to forfeit all balances and bonuses held therein.

pkr92 may, at its sole discretion, require any Player to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including prior to processing a withdrawal request, after a significant change in account activity, or as part of a routine compliance review. Required documents may include, but are not limited to, a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or proof of address. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and may result in permanent closure.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr92 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. All activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — shall be attributed to and remain your sole responsibility. pkr92 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of credential sharing or unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain security.

pkr92 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, Raast, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. All real-money balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkr92 reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time, with reasonable notice provided where practicable.

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your pkr92 balance within 30 seconds of successful authorisation. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast are typically processed within 2–5 minutes, subject to the individual bank's processing times. USDT TRC20 deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation times, typically 5–20 minutes. pkr92 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network congestion.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• All withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by pkr92 compliance in writing.
• pkr92 may withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification. Players should ensure their account is fully verified to avoid delays.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timeframes are published on the pkr92 Cashier page and are subject to change at pkr92's discretion.
• Any balance derived from Bonus credits that has not met the applicable Wagering Requirement cannot be withdrawn and will be forfeited if a withdrawal of real-money balance is requested before the wagering requirement is satisfied, unless the applicable promotion terms state otherwise.

All transactions on pkr92 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Players depositing via USDT TRC20 will have the equivalent PKR value credited to their balance at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the deposit transaction. pkr92 reserves the right to apply a reasonable exchange rate spread. No liability is accepted for fluctuations in exchange rates between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal.

pkr92 offers a variety of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback, and rebate schemes. The following general terms apply to all pkr92 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus credits may only be used for gameplay on specified game categories as indicated in the relevant promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement completion — contributions by game type are detailed in promotion-specific terms.
• pkr92 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing wagering obligations in progress will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of bonus acceptance.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash except where the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Player's account at any time unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state that bonuses may be stacked.
• Any evidence of coordinated, systematic, or abusive bonus exploitation will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonuses, forfeiture of any bonus-derived balance, and may result in permanent account closure.

All games available on pkr92 — including live casino tables, video slots, Monster Dice, Jackpot Fishing, and sports betting markets — are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game type. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager.

pkr92's random number generator (RNG) systems for non-live games are certified by independent testing laboratories in compliance with international gaming standards. Live casino games operate through verified studio procedures using physical cards, wheels, or dice that cannot be manipulated by pkr92 or by any player.

Sports betting markets are offered with odds determined by pkr92's trading systems. Pre-match odds are subject to change prior to the event commencing. In-play odds fluctuate in real time during the event. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, the odds are locked and will not be changed regardless of subsequent market movements, unless the bet is voided under the applicable void bet rules.

pkr92 reserves the right to void any wager where it is established that the wager was placed under materially incorrect odds due to a system error, data feed error, or human error. Additionally, wagers may be voided where the outcome of an event is determined to have been manipulated, or where a Player is determined to have exploited a technical malfunction to gain an unfair advantage.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the pkr92 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Creating or using more than one pkr92 account, whether personally or through the use of third-party identities.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with pkr92 games or betting markets in any manner.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities, technical glitches, or software errors to gain an unfair advantage or unintended financial benefit.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, event manipulation, insider trading, or placing bets based on non-public information regarding sporting events.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to placing opposing bets with bonus funds, creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, or systematically exploiting promotional mechanics.

• Allowing any other person, including a minor, to access or use your pkr92 account.

We firmly believe that gaming must remain entertainment — never a financial strategy, and never an activity that causes harm to you or those around you.

All registered pkr92 accounts have immediate access to the following responsible gaming tools, available at any time through the account settings panel without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount that may be deposited into your pkr92 account. Increases to limits are subject to a cooling-off period; decreases take effect immediately.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you may lose within a defined period. Once reached, further wagers are declined until the limit period resets or a new lower limit is applied.

All content available on the pkr92 platform — including but not limited to the pkr92 name and logo, website design and layout, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, audio, video, and data compilations — is the proprietary intellectual property of pkr92 or its licensed third-party content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

pkr92 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkr92 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. You are expressly prohibited from:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or republishing any pkr92 content without express prior written permission.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any pkr92 software or game code.
• Using pkr92 branding, logos, or trade names in any manner that could cause confusion or imply an affiliation or endorsement not sanctioned by pkr92.
• Creating derivative works based on pkr92 content without explicit written authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr92 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the pkr92 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment processor failures.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access where such access arose from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
• Any inaccuracies in odds, game results, or balance calculations that are corrected by pkr92 in good faith and within a reasonable timeframe.
• Losses sustained as a result of decisions made based on promotional communications that contained typographical or factual errors, where pkr92 has published a correction.

Where pkr92's liability cannot be entirely excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any one claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made to your pkr92 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

pkr92's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the pkr92 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of the agreement between you and pkr92 and should be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions.

By registering an Account with pkr92 and accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, service improvement, and — where you have opted in — promotional communications.

pkr92 does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing with third parties is limited to service providers operating under appropriate data processing agreements, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where disclosure is required by law.

pkr92 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will become effective upon publication on the pkr92 platform at pkr92.bio/terms-conditions. Where the amendments are material in nature, pkr92 will endeavour to notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, or via a prominent notice on the pkr92 homepage, at least 7 calendar days prior to the amendments taking effect.

Your continued use of the pkr92 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using pkr92 immediately and request account closure if applicable. The date of the most recent amendment is always displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the pkr92 platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulatory standards applicable to the jurisdiction under which pkr92 operates. pkr92 operates under international gaming standards and licensed frameworks.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and pkr92, the Player should first contact pkr92 customer support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. pkr92 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve all Player disputes within 10 business days of the dispute being formally raised in writing.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated to pkr92's designated dispute resolution process, details of which will be provided upon request. pkr92's decisions on disputes made in good faith pursuant to these Terms shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable mandatory legal rights.
